Welcome to Vault Aroma, operated by Vault Aroma Vanta Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vaultaroma.ca (the “Site”), including all products, services, and content offered through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • You will use the Site in compliance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

Vault Aroma offers fragrance decants and related products for personal use.

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and offerings are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted

  • Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation

Vault Aroma reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Correct pricing or listing errors

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Vault Aroma does not store full payment credentials.

4. Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Shipping, refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our:

Products sold by Vault Aroma are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our products without authorization is prohibited.

We strive to ensure all information on the Site is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Content

Vault Aroma reserves the right to correct errors or omissions without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault Aroma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Purchase or use of products

  • Shipping delays or losses

  • Unauthorized access to data despite reasonable safeguards

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Fragrance use involves personal preference, skin chemistry, and environmental factors.

By purchasing from Vault Aroma, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with fragrance use, including sensitivities or reactions. Vault Aroma is not responsible for individual responses to products.

10. Fraud, Abuse & Termination

Vault Aroma reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Restrict purchasing privileges

  • Suspend or terminate access to the Site

  • Refuse future service

This includes cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Policy manipulation

  • Misrepresentation

  • Violation of these Terms

Actions may be taken with or without notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Vault Aroma is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
